Following recent cPanel updates this week, we have found that Solr fails to start on a number of servers. This is a similar issue to the recent one where this is firewall related (SOLVED – CPANEL-43451 – Issues with cpanel-dovecot-solr-8.11.2-6.6.2.cpanel.noarch update). In this case however, restarting csf does not resolve the issue.
