I have a new whm/cpanel server running cloudlinux setup (my first LVE/CL server coming from CentOS).
Since the new server has existed, the SA WHM panel, and the output of `/usr/bin/needs-restarting` has been showing: “This system is receiving updates from CloudLinux Network server.”
Even after an update and a full reboot, the message remains.
