We had bad malware with one of the sites and ended up terminating the account to start fresh. I didn’t know I could restore from WHM so all day today I’ve been searching but I’ve come to the point, I need to ask the experts.
I went in through SSH to verify the WHM backup is still there and there is (seven days’ worth). A little over 3GB per backup but even though I used the restore function through WHM and is in pending status, nothing has happened for over an hour; and it’s now been over…
