The process digital twin for tire manufacturing aims to improve the Golden Batch mixing process and, as a result, reduce the number of overall noncompliant products (NCPs) as well as the associated offgrade percent. Through standardized, pre-modeled controls and custom algorithms, the process digital twin removes the need to manually configure process parameters and helps to correlate variable interactions and dependencies in near real-time.
